Quaker Sales Corporation is a Producer of Hot Mixed Asphalt and Paving
Contractor with its corporate office in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Incorporated
in 1929, the company performs asphalt paving and related construction work in Cambria,
Clearfield, Indiana, Jefferson, Somerset, and Westmoreland counties of
southwestern Pennsylvania.

- Another Award Winning Performance In 2007!
Quaker Sales Corporation has been awarded the Pennsylvania Asphalt Paving Association's Pavement Quality Award for asphalt paving work on SR 22 Section 491 in Indiana County. The award recognizes "Outstanding Pavement Construction ... Quality Control ... and ... Advancement of Pavement Technology, Safety & Asphalt Pavement Performance". The project was nominated by PA DOT Engineering District 10-0 for work performed in 2007. This is the third time that Quaker has been the recipient of the annual award. The company previously won for work in PA DOT Engineering District 9-0 for projects in 2000 on SR 219 and 2005 on SR 403 both in Cambria County. SR 22 Reconstruction - Indiana County - Penn View Mountain Section
SR 22 Section 491 "Penn View" section was completely realigned and reconstructed for
approximately 4 miles by New Enterprise Stone & Lime Company with asphalt paving work by subcontractor Quaker Sales Corporation.
